How do I prepare for my Upcoming Expedition?

This page will tell you everything you need to know to make your dream of seeing the Amazon Rainforest become a reality.

First Step:

Make sure to contact us and confirm the dates of your flight before purchase.   Become a sponsor by donating to Reviving the River.  Then you can pay your $2000 Trip Payment to our Paypal account at livingwiththeriver@gmail.com with "Rainforest Expedition" in the notes section.  We will forward you links to two different e-waivers for your review and affirming.  Once you sign the e-waivers, your Expedition Reservation will be complete.

Second Step:

Purchase Your Airline Tickets to Arrive in Quito.  100% of Domestic Travel is included in your Trip Cost.  The Trip Cost is totally inclusive, excluding your international flight to arrive in Quito, Ecuador.  This includes food, lodging, domestic transportation, amongst many other travel expenses.

Communicate thoroughly with a representative before purchasing your flight to assure your dates and times are correct.  Once purchased, please forward your itinerary to: rainforestimmersion@protonmail.com

(Please Print a Copy of Your Flight Itinerary, Your Travel Insurance, and Your Passport to Bring With You.)

Clean Up Your Diet

Start Going on Walks

Start Going on Walks

Abstain from fried, heavy foods.  Nourish your body with vibrant raw fruits, raw vegetables, and lean protein sources. Gently supporting the liver, kidneys, stomach, and colon are pivotal to a positive experience while traveling.

There is walking involved in navigating the jungle, and it is good to get your body warmed up by taking regular short walks in preparation for your flight's take-off.

Find Quiet Time

Find Quiet Time

It is good to find regular intervals of quiet time to yourself before taking your expedition.  Quiet time to reflect and meditate allows you to better focus and relax for your upcoming expedition.

FINALLY:

Get On Your Plane and Take Off!  Once you arrive in Quito, Let Us Handle the Rest.  We Will Be There Waiting for You at the Airport.

(When you arrive at the airport, you can contact your trip guide at our provided contact below.)
